Round Lab Dokdo Toner is an award-winning toner that strengthens the barrier with its highly nourishing ingredients. Formulated with 74 kinds of natural minerals from the deep sea islands of Ulleung-do, which help balance the moisture-oil balance and strengthen the skin barrier. Contains panthenol, betaine and allantoin which help to strengthen the skin barrier, relieve redness and minimize irritation. The contents of HATCHING EX-07 exfoliate very gently for dead skin cells and excessive sebum for a clear and even skin tone. The toner has a watery structure, which is easily absorbed and leaves the skin moisturized and strengthened.

HOW TO USE:
After cleansing, soak cotton pad with toner and gently swipe all over your face.
If using the leave-on method, soak cotton pads with toner and leave on face for 5 to 10 minutes.
