Glucosyl Hesperidin -
It's a flavonoid, derived from citrus fruit, able to tone the under eye area reducing the appearance of dark circles and bags under the eyes. Thanks to its antioxidant properties, it neutralizes free radicals and counteracts skin aging.
Horse chestnut flower extract -

HOW TO USE:
